Only-children are more likely to be obese than youngsters with brothers or sisters, new research Online Cigarettes Store USA suggests. Researchers found that families with two or more children tend to make more healthy eating choices than families with just a single child.
Mothers kept daily food logs over the course of three days while teachers kept logs for any food children ate while at school.
Mothers also completed a "Family Nutrition and Physical Activity'" questionnaire to evaluate typical family Newport Cigarettes Shop eating habits such as food and drink choice.
The findings, published in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behaviour, suggest that only-children had less healthy family eating practices and drink choices.
The American researchers also found mums of singleton children were more likely to be obese themselves.
