According to Jason La Canfora of CBS, the Alouettes receiver is expected to garner interest from up to 10 NFL teams when he becomes free to negotiate south of the border on December 1. La Canfora adds that the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers are among the teams likely to pursue Carter, however the Indianapolis Colts are expected to emerge as the front runner for the 23-year-old.
